Wedding planning can be one of the most stressful times when arranging you wedding but getting engaged is the first step towards for filling your dream of spending your life with the one person you cherish the most, but getting engaged also comes with one of the most daunting tasks you will ever face your wedding planning. Once you get settled it is important to have a sit down with you partner and discuss the following when it comes to setting wedding arrangements.

SET A BUDGET

For most people that are engaged it is their first time arranging something as big as a wedding many younger couple as so egar to get married that they forget that setting a budget is one of the most important things they will do, it is so easy to just want to spend especially when you have friends and family members to please but remember the day is meant to celebrate your union not go on a spending spree. Make sure you write down how much you are willing to spend before you even think about buying a ring or calling a photographer.

Over spending can lead to frustration during the long term course of your marriage 41% of divorced Gen Xers and 29% of Boomers say they ended their marriage due to disagreements about money. Do not let financial mismanagement be the first thing you argue about in your new home.

CREATE A RSVP LIST TOGETHER

All of us want friends and family to be at our wedding and who would not want that to be the case, make sure you and your partner sit down and list how many people you plan on inviting so that you are able to make sure that you invite the most important people in your lives. Some people end up inviting acquaintances that they only meant once and forget to give a close cousin they had a bond with an official invite. I Namibia family bonds are considered really seriously and should not be taken lightly, Traditionally, invitations go out six to eight weeks before the wedding.

That gives guests plenty of time to clear their schedules and make travel arrangements if they don't live in town. You want to let those closes to you know that you are getting married as early as possible and you also want to make sure you invite the right people especially those closest to you. Please note that guest are the second most important people at the wedding and choosing them should be on your highest priority list,

BOOK A PHOTOGRAPHER

Yes this one was obviously but bare with me as I explain my reasoning, booking a photographer in Windhoek or Namibia can be a daunting task and one that needs to be done with care but the longer you take to book a wedding photographer the more booking they many get photographer bookings in Namibia are often done in the beginning of the year that way contracts can done and clients can make slow partial payments until the wedding day come. Remember you want to make bookings early (1) to secure the photography services of a professional to avoid having ugly images (2) because photographers in Windhoek or Namibia get fully book rather quickly. (3) You can gradually pay him/her off gradually and that way it is much easier to afford a decently priced photographer.
